The program included exchanges about each person’s experiences, testimonies from Helpers, study of the Constitutions, role-playing, and more.
It was a wonderful opportunity to meet sisters from different countries (5 French, 1 Italian, 1 German) and to experience sisterhood beyond the challenges of interculturality.
Some feedback from participants:
“What struck me about this session was the authenticity and depth of the sharing, which made me realize that we often have the same questions. I was particularly touched by the testimonies of our sisters: they expressed that obedience had given them more freedom than it had imposed constraints on them. I also understood that obedience is a path of trust: allowing myself to be guided by God through my sisters, who are not perfect, who are not God, but who have legitimacy. Another thought that came to me was obedience as true co-responsibility, that is, an approach where each person carries out the common mission together with the others.”
