Sister Maria Pidello was born in 1962 in Turin, Italy.
She entered the congregation in 1986.
She studied to become a professional educator and studied religious sciences. She worked in the formation of educators, in youth ministry, and taught religion in secondary school.
In her home province in Italy, she was responsible for initial formation (novitiate) and was provincial superior for many years. For the past six years, she has been a member of the international government of the Helper Sisters as general counsellor.
