They work a lot in groups, first to identify the questions that arise in the Institute after listening to the reports of the Entities and of the General Council and after reading the contributions of the provincial chapters and groups.
Then they divided into several working groups on different topics. Each group works independently, and regular meetings allow them to share their progress and see how to move forward, to clarify a way of working or the aim of this work, and also to look at cross-cutting issues.
